Shipping Policy

I send orders within 3-5 business days. Should your order be delayed for any reason I will do my best to keep you informed about it. 

Small prints will be sent flat in an envelope, whereas bigger prints will be sent rolled up in a tube. This is to make sure they arrive without any creases.

I don't use any plastic in my packaging and all matierals are recyclable.

My print arrived damaged

If this happens, please contact me straight away and send me pictures of the damaged print. I will then try to get a replacement to you as quickly as possible.

My print hasn't arrived

Unfortunately it can happen that prints get lost in transit. Sometimes they do show up eventually, but should they really have gotten lost, I will either send a replacement or issue a full refund (according to your preference).
